Customising Your Firm Branding
Make Digiiworks Legal your own by configuring your firm's branding. Your logo, colours, and firm name appear on invoices, reports, emails, and the client portal.
What You Can Customise
- Firm name — Displayed in the portal header, emails, and documents
- Logo — Upload your firm's logo (recommended: SVG or PNG, at least 200px wide)
- Brand colours — Set your primary and accent colours for a cohesive look
- Contact details — Phone number, email, physical address
Where Branding Appears
Your firm branding is used across the platform:
- Client portal header — Clients see your logo and firm name when they log in
- Invoices — Professional, firm-branded invoices with your logo and VAT details. See Invoicing Clients and Tracking Payments.
- Email notifications — Appointment reminders, invoice emails, and correspondence carry your branding
- Monthly reports — White-labelled PDF reports for partner distribution. See Monthly Reports and Insights.
- Intake chatbot — Your firm name appears in the chatbot greeting. See Using the Intake Chatbot.
How to Update
- Go to Settings → Firm Profile.
- Upload your logo and enter your firm details.
- Click Save — changes take effect immediately across all touchpoints.
Tips
- Use a high-resolution logo for the best appearance on PDF invoices and reports.
- Keep your contact details current — they appear on every client communication.
- Review the client portal after updating to confirm everything looks correct.
