Getting Started with Digiiworks Legal
Welcome to Digiiworks Legal — your firm's AI-powered practice management platform. This guide will walk you through the essentials to get up and running quickly.
First Steps
When you first log in, the Onboarding Checklist guides you through setup. You can return to it any time from the sidebar. See Using the Onboarding Checklist for a detailed walkthrough.
- Complete your firm profile — Add your firm name, contact details, and upload your logo under Settings → Firm Profile. This branding appears on invoices, reports, and client-facing documents. See Customising Your Firm Branding.
- Invite your team — Navigate to Settings → Team Members and send magic-link invitations. There are no per-user fees — invite everyone. See User Roles and Permissions for role details.
- Connect your calendar — Link your Google Workspace or Outlook calendar under Settings → Integrations. This enables appointment scheduling, reminders, and lawyer prep summaries. See Setting Up Calendar Integration.
- Import existing matters — Use the CSV import tool under Matters → Import to bring in your historical caseload. We support up to 2,000 cases in a single import.
Your Dashboard
Once setup is complete, your Dashboard is your home screen — it shows open matters, upcoming deadlines, billable hours this month, outstanding invoices, and recent activity at a glance. See Understanding Your Dashboard for a full tour.
