Scheduling and Rescheduling Appointments
Manage your appointments efficiently with built-in scheduling, client self-booking, and automated notifications.
Creating an Appointment
- Navigate to Calendar and click on a time slot, or open a matter and click Schedule Appointment.
- Fill in the details:
- Client — Select from your client list
- Matter — Link to the relevant case
- Type — Consultation, court appearance, mediation, etc.
- Duration — 30 min, 1 hour, or custom
- Location — Office address or video call link
- Click Save — the appointment appears on your calendar and the client receives a confirmation email.
Client Self-Scheduling
Share your firm's booking page link with clients:
- They see your available time slots (based on your connected calendar)
- They select a slot and confirm
- You receive a notification and the appointment is automatically created
Rescheduling
By the lawyer:
- Open the appointment and click Reschedule
- Select a new date/time
- The client is notified automatically
By the client:
- Clients click the reschedule link in their reminder email
- They choose a new available slot
- You're notified of the change
Cancellations
- Cancel from the appointment detail view.
- Both parties receive a cancellation confirmation.
- The time slot becomes available again for booking.
Tips
- Block out preparation time before important consultations.
- Use the Week view for the best overview of your schedule.
